Meet Kathie Nohre...

My energy and true love of the area are apparent from the moment you meet me. It has been a wonderful life change to explore real estate as a career. I was enjoying working as a healthcare executive, being the lead person opening new hospitals across the country. In 1999 my husband, Allen and I, decided to move to Carefree because we loved the open feeling of the high sonoran desert. I so fell in love with all aspects of the Carefree-Cave Creek area that I quit my rewarding job and became a Realtor. As a nurse and later a hospital administrator, I had spent my life helping others.

Now I enjoy helping others by finding or selling homes in the community. I love showing my clients the views of Black Mountain, nature´s magnificent centerpiece of our community. I introduced a woman from Holland to the country western bars of Cave Creek - an untamed town of real cowboys and faux cowboys like Allen. She decided to build a second home in Cave Creek.

Clients from the Valley or other parts of the country enjoy the funkiness and the sophistication of our shops and restaurants, our priceless and treasured saguaros, arroyos and mountains, and our variety of homes in all sizes, styles and prices.

Finding or selling a home is an emotional experience. Until we move into a house, it is just a building. After we move in, the building becomes a home, a place where we can be ourselves in comfort and enjoyment. I value being of assistance with all of the complex details when a home is being bought or sold.

One of my specialties has become new custom homes. I represent some of the finest builders in the area. Also, my detailed knowledge of what has sold is the key when you want to market and sell your home at an optimal price.
